The Process

Cow martini leather is a type of high-quality leather made from cowhide through a careful tanning and finishing process. It is valued for its smooth texture, strength, durability, and attractive appearance. The production of cow martini leather involves several important stages, from preparing the raw hide to the final finishing treatment.

Tanning

Tanning is the most important step in leather production. In cow martini leather, chrome tanning or vegetable tanning may be used to convert raw hide into durable leather that resists decay. Tanning improves flexibility, strength, and lifespan. After tanning, the leather is dyed to achieve the desired color. Oils and lubricants are added during fatliquoring to make the leather soft, flexible, and resistant to cracking.

Finishing

In the finishing stage, the leather surface is polished, buffed, and coated with protective finishes. Martini leather often receives a refined finish that gives it a glossy or semi-glossy appearance and a luxurious feel. Finally, the leather is inspected for color consistency, softness, thickness, and durability. Only high-quality pieces are selected for making our products.
